DONATIONS
All donations made on Website by You shall be in Indian Rupees only. Website will not facilitate transaction in a currency or any other form of currency other than Indian Rupees for the donations made on Website. In making donations on the Website you represent and confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. In cases where the donation transaction is unsuccessful due to any network or technical issue between intermediary, bank or payment gateway, the transaction shall not be processed, and a refund where due will be initiated for the same.
Donation products mentioned on the website are to illustrate activities and the change that your donation can make to the lives of people. Donation raised by Emmanuel Hospital Association go to a pool and resources are allocated to different areas based on the need at the ground.
We shall refund any successful donations already made by You as per the prevailing Refund Policy of EHA.

By using this Website, sharing your details with us, registering on the Website, by donating or showing interest in making donations for any activity, you also agree to receive communication from us in the form of emails, messages, letters and phone calls. The communications that you receive will pertain to updates about EHA's work, payment details/ queries, and information.
