Welcome to the application for Disaster Management & Mitigation unit EHA.
This initiative is part of EHA's disaster management mendate to mobilize and train volunteers from across the country, raised from all sections and facets of the community, to be able to respond to disasters effectively, with the sole objective of saving lives and minimizing avoidable fatal injuries, in the spirit of the Good Samaritan.
As a humanitarian wing of the organization, the Disaster Management & Mitigation Unit has its 3 pronged strategies, such as, Emergency Response, Training & Capacity Building and Disaster Risk Reduction through life line institutions and communities in high disaster risk regions of India.
