SPONSORSHIP FORM FOR UNDER GRADUATE COURSES AT CMC VELLORE-2023
- EHA Sponsorship will be granted as per EHA's sponsorship rules and criteria.
2. All the sponsorship applications will be considered by the EHA Sponsorship Committee as per the sponsorship rules and criteria.
3. Submission of sponsorship application does not confirm the grant of sponsorship and/or admission to MBBS course at CMC, Vellore.
4. Candidates applying for sponsorship are further advised to apply to CMC, Vellore, on their website first and then on EHA website.
5. Incomplete application forms and/or application forms without enclosures (as per list given at the end of this form) will not be accepted.
6. The decision of the EHA Sponsorship Committee will be final. No further queries will be entertained.
7. The selection/non-selection of the Sponsorship Application will be informed to the applicants via email.
8. Sponsorship application fee will not be refunded under any circumstances.
9. Please monitor the website of EHA and CMC, Vellore, regularly for updates.
10. The hard copy of the completed application forms along with enclosures should be sent to -
